Rambling Productions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) appreciates your interest in our upcoming streaming series.

This Submission Policy explains how audition materials and related information submitted through our website may be used, shared, and stored.

By submitting your audition, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

• Starring Role applicants must be between 21 and 30 years old.

• Original American Radio (Music Feature) applicants must be 18 years or older.

• You must be legally entitled to submit your content and grant the rights listed in this policy.

• We do not knowingly accept or retain submissions from anyone under 18.

2. Your Submission

Your submission may include:

• Personal information such as your name, stage name, contact details (email address and/or phone number), age certification, and social media links

• Written responses (for example, your “Why you would like a role in the series” statement)

• Uploaded files (video, audio, or other materials)

You retain ownership of your submitted materials.

3. License and Usage Rights

By submitting, you grant Rambling Productions a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host, reproduce, edit (for clarity, formatting, or technical reasons), and display your submission

• Use your name or stage name, image, likeness, and voice as part of your audition materials

• Share your audition or parts of it publicly on our websites and official social media channels for promotional purposes related to the project

This license allows us to showcase your work for review, casting, and promotion but does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

You may request removal of shared materials by contacting us (see Section 6).
Requests will apply to future use but may not remove content already published.

4. Contact and Communication

We may use the email address and/or phone number you provide to:

• Contact you regarding the status of your audition

• Provide updates about the auditioning process or the airing and promotion of the series or related projects

We do not use your contact information for marketing unrelated to the audition process.

5. Representation and Warranties

By submitting, you confirm that:

• You are the creator or have full rights to the materials submitted.

• Your submission does not infringe on anyone else’s copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity.

• Any persons visible or audible in your submission have given permission to appear.

• The materials do not contain unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.

6. No Compensation

Submission is voluntary and does not guarantee selection or payment.
If you are selected for further participation, any future involvement will be subject to a separate written agreement.

7. Removal and Contact

You may contact us to request removal or deletion of your submission, subject to technical and archival limitations.

We will make reasonable efforts to comply with requests, except where retention is required by law or part of already-published promotional materials.

8. Data and Privacy

We collect and use submission data only for review, selection, and communication purposes, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or project scope.
The “Effective Date” above shows when the current version took effect.
