When you submit an audition or related materials, we collect:

• Your name and contact information (such as email address and social media links)

• Your age or age certification

• Your submitted materials (audition video, “Why you would like a role in the series” statement, and any other uploaded files)

• Technical data such as your IP address and browser information (collected automatically for security and spam prevention)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Review and evaluate audition submissions

• Communicate with you about your submission or potential selection

• Select finalists for the series

Per our Series Submission Policy, we may also share the following publicly online or on social media:

• Your audition video

• Your name or stage name

• Your social media links (if provided)

• Your short biography or “Why you would like a role in the series” statement

We do not otherwise share, sell, or rent your information to any third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use OpnForm, an open-source form platform, to host and process form submissions.
OpnForm does not sell or use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Data Retention

We keep audition submissions for as long as needed to review and select participants for the Series.
After the selection process concludes, submissions may be archived for documentation or removed from our systems.
You may request deletion of your submission at any time (see Section 6).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

You may request to:

• Access or review your submitted information

• Correct inaccurate information

• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal or contractual obligations)

7. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
If we learn that we have received information from an individual under 18, we will promptly delete it.
Applicants for the “Starring Role” must be between 21 and 30 years old.
Applicants for “Original American Radio” (Music Feature) must be at least 18 years old.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
The “Effective Date” above will indicate when the latest version took effect.
